If I am looking for a car part that belongs on the right or left side how should I describe that to a sales consultant so the part I purchase is installed in the proper area?
There is no right or left, if you are searching for a door panel that is located on the drivers side or passengers side that is all that needs to be stated. Next time you speak to a our sales consultant he will ask you "For the passengers side or drivers side?" its that easy.
Is the engine a complete engine?
The engine is a short block engine, does not come with a cylinder head or oil pan. You will need to add a cylinder head and gasket set for a complete engine job.
Does the bumper / fender / door come painted?
The bumpers come primed you will have to have them painted.
How much does shipping cost?
Ground freight, for a limited time will be free of charge, it takes about 5-7 business days. All other freight options will be automatically calculated thru the website.
Can I see a picture of the part?
The website can only hold so much data, if the picture of the part you are looking for isn’t listed please call us and we can fax or email you a picture from our catalog.
Do you offer seat belt extenders?
(Suzuki) Suzuki does offer seat belt extenders, please call or email us the year make and model of your vehicle. They come in a 9” and a 12” extender. (Kia) Kia does not offer a seat belt extender.

What’s the warranty on a part?
All new parts come with a 1 year warranty, for any major assembly such as engines and transmissions please call or email for specifics on assembly parts.
Do you have any specials?
We do occasionally run specials, if you have signed up as a member you will be notified of any current specials and updated information.
Is this part in stock?
Not all parts are on shelf available for same day delivery, if you have any questions on availability on a part to ship same day please call or email.
If I order today when will I get my part?
If the order is processed before 3:00pm pst. and in stock it will ship that day. If processed after it will ship the following day. If the part is placed Friday evening it wont be processed and shipped until Monday morning. Our ground freight takes about 5-7 business days, 2nd day and Overnight are NEVER guaranteed, but do arrive 99% on time
